Publishing EFL student work is not only a way of motivating students to produce better quality language, but can also be used to engage students in the process of creating language. And now, the ease at which text, audio and (increasingly) video can be published and shared online, means that the normally closed walls of the language classroom can be opened up to the outside world, and students can become involved in real communication with other language learners and speakers around the world.
